Trinity Outdoor Premier Properties, or “TOP Properties”, is owned and operated by Broker Summer Bashore of Hayfork. With the help of her Escrow Coordinator, Angela Riggs-Kasper, Summer’s business focuses heavily on achieving optimum results for her clients. Summer has been actively engaged in Real Estate sales since 2003, with a wealth of experience in new construction, resale homes, vacant land, and commercial sales.
Summer is a member of the Quality Service Certified program, offering every client an opportunity to provide feedback regarding their satisfaction of their real estate transaction by completing and returning a survey. In 2009 and 2010, Summer earned the “Platinum Award” for maintaining 100% Client Satisfaction. In addition to that award, Summer was also ranked in the Top 10, out of over 22,000 Realtors ® Nationwide, achieving the “Best in the Business” recognition in 2009. In May of 2010, Summer was honored as “Agent of the Month” by QSC. This achievement is primarily important to Summer, as her focus is consistently placed on the needs of her clients and producing the best possible results for them. Summer’s business has been built largely by referral of her past clients, a strong indication of confidence in her competence and results. While earning these awards and recognitions, Summer has also been a top producer in sales volume since joining the Trinity County Board of Realtors in 2008. In 2009 Summer assisted 47 Buyers and Sellers in their real estate transactions, and in 2010 she represented over 60 clients.
Summer is a Trinity County native, born in Denny in 1974 she was raised in the heart of the Trinity Alps Wilderness on a mining claim where her parents lived in a log-cabin they built themselves. When school age came along her family moved to Hyampom where Summer attended school there from Kindergarten through 5th grade. From 6th grade through graduation of High School in 1992 Summer lived in Hayfork. She met her husband in High School, and they are still happily married today over 20 years later. Anxious to see what ‘the real world’ had to offer, they moved to Oregon and Summer started working for Intel Corp., a Multi National Corporation that is world’s largest computer CPU manufacturer. Quickly recognizing the invaluable real-world business experience and opportunity, Summer efficiently climbed the ‘corporate ladder’ in the 10 years she worked for Intel. Her experience prepared her well for her next endeavor in the real estate industry, having been a Purchasing Agent negotiating contracts, and a Customer Business Analyst responsible for forecasting customers’ demand and managing the supply line for some of the largest computer manufacturers world-wide.
It was in 2003 Summer became a licensed Realtor ® and moved from the Folsom area to Redding. But as all Trinity natives know, Redding just isn’t quite Trinity… so in 2008 Summer and her husband made the move back to Hayfork. Being “home” in Trinity County, helping people in the community is very rewarding and satisfying for Summer. In fact, in 2010 she launched a “Giving Back to my Community” campaign whereas with every closed escrow, Summer made a donation to one of several local organizations. In 2010, Summer’s donations totaled over $3,000, that was distributed among the following recipients: Trinity County Animal Shelter; Dawn Hospice; Hayfork High School; Hayfork Elementary School; Hayfork Booster Club; Hyampom Arts Magnet School; Food For Folks in Hyampom; and Hayfork Parks & Recreation. Due to the success of this “Giving Back to my Community” campaign, it will be a permanent and on-going part of TOP Properties’ commitment to the community.
Angela Riggs-Kasper provides support to Summer by esentially "holding the fort down" and coordinating escrows. Angela moved to Hayfork from the East Bay Area in 1990 and graduated from Hayfork High School in 1995. It didn’t take long for Angela to appreciate the strong sense of community that a small town in the mountains can provide, and she chose to raise her family here. She is married and has two young boys that are her pride and joy. Angela became a licensed Realtor® in 2005; and for over 5 years she provided invaluable escrow coordination and general office assistance for a very successful real estate office. Her natural people-skills are well received by clients, as Angela is very friendly, positive, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. In addition, she is an amazing “paperwork task manager”! Angela is very organized and diligent, and clients feel comfortable and confident with her on their team. Also, with Angela as a Notary Public, we now offer notary services for added convenience! Summer is very excited and honored to have Angela on the TOP Properties team, with the two of them working together, clients are sure to achieve TOP results!
